Charge your Avis-car
You have received a charging tag together with the delivery of the car.
The charging tag is used to pay at public charging stations. We recommend downloading the Northe app to see available charging stations.

- Find charging stations in the app
Find charging stations with the map view or search for an address. Filter for speed on chargers to the right of the search field.The app will request access to the phone's location info when you boot it for the first time. Select ‘Allow while using the app’ to use the navigation services.
- Start charging
Start your charging by plugging the charging cable into the car. Hold the charging tag received with the delivery of the car against the RFID reader on the charging station.
- Stop charging
Stop your charging by holding the tag against the charging station's RFID reader a second time. Charging stops, and you can disconnect the charging cable.

Charging socket and charging speed
The car you use supports two types of charging; Destination charging (AC charge) and fast charge (DC charge). The car comes with a charging cable called Type 2, which is used for destination charging (AC charging) when the car can be charged for longer.
The time required for a full charge with a fast charger (DC) is about 45 minutes. The time required for a full charge with an AC charger is about 3-6 hours.
Type 2 socket
Type 2 socket support destination charging up to 22 kW and is used at charging points without a permanently mounted cable.
This socket is used for destination charging (AC charging) when the car is parked for a longer time.
A Charging cable is available in the car.
This socket is used for fast charging on public fast chargers.
The cable is then attached to the charging station and is used to quickly charge the car at shorter stops.

The cost for charging will automatically add on top of your rent with a service fee of 20%.
Avis electric cars must be delivered with at least 70% battery; if the vehicle is returned with less than 70% battery, we will debit a fee of 300 SEK Incl. VAT.
